Wowza. I am not sure how I lived life before this recipe. What was I doing? How did I eat raw vegetables? This stuff is so good my toddler scoops it out and eats it like a soup. Haha. Thankful it's not filled with a bunch of yucky preservatives, additives, hormones or GMOS.
1/2 cup tahini butter
1/4 cup pea protein milk( or any plant milk)
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp of onion powder
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tbsp dried dill
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
Sea salt and pepper to taste
In a bowl or mason jar, mix all the above ingredients together. Add your liquids first, Tahini, apple cider vinegar, pea protein milk, and mix well. You want the consistency to be like traditional ranch dressing so add in more plant milk as you see fit. Not all Tahini butters are the same. Stir until you fid the consistency you like and prefer. For a more tart taste add in additional apple cider vinegar.
Add in all your spices. Stir. VOILA. Store in a closed container in your fridge for 3-5 days( it won't make it that long however, its just so good)
