Plantbased pizza toast.


What you'll need:

  • Ezekiel Bread (I use the low sodium) 2 slices

  • Vegan cheese of choice. I used Daiya mozzarella. Traders Joes version is my favorite however.

  • Tomatoes

  • Italian seasoning

  • Arugula

Instructions:

Toast the ezekiel bread until warm. Remove. Add seasonings and top with cheese.

Toast (using an air fryer or toaster oven) until cheese is melted.


Top toast with tomatoes and arugula. Voila. Easy Peasy.


9 Grams of protein.

6 grams of fiber.
