Kale chips
Preheat oven 400 degrees
Remove leaves from steams. You should have enough leaves to cover but not overlap inside your baking pan.
*save stems for juicing
Place leaves in a bowl the same way you do when making a salad.
Stir in a very small amount of oil, plus water.
*EX: Grape Seed Oil, Olive Oil, or Coconut Oil.
Knead with your hands the kale and oil.
Place on baking sheet, spread out so none are over lapping.
Place in oven bake for 7-10 minutes or until they are slightly toasted.
Voila a delicious treat that not only taste good but is also good for you!
CILANTRO GARLIC DIP
CILANTRO- GARLIC DIP/DRESSING
1 bunch of organic cilantro
1/2 medium white onion
2-3 cloves of garlic
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tablespoons of tahini butter
Dash of pepper.
Place cilantro, lemon juice and semi diced onion into your blender or food processor. Blend.
Add in garlic, pepper, and tahini, blend until smooth, adding water as needed until desired consistency reached. Enjoy.
